Here at The Mobility Shop, we don't just sell mobility equipment, we change lives! And we take that very seriously. 

In fact, the reason we exist is to help people get their independence back and the way we do that is by giving the best advice and service we can to our customers.

Jan - Sept 22 - Superb service, cannot fault. These guys went above and beyond to help. Mums nursing home said her chair was not fit for purpose and dumped it outside, before we were able to even look. Mobility scooters arranged collection Monday and it was returned fixed on Tuesday Thank goodness for small firms like this - I’m 99.9% sure the nursing home would have thrown in the skip

I bought the scooter here several years ago and they have maintained it ever since. Andrew - May 22 - As a disabled mobility scooter user I wish I'd have known about this mobility shop sooner. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. They quoted me for full service, new batteries and several repairs to my scooter. I accepted the quote as very reasonable, yet on collection the price charged was substantially lower as they had managed to save me money through deals with suppliers. Now that is service and honesty. Can't recommend enough.

Katie and the team were amazing - we went there 3 times and tried loads, and each time, they delivered a selection of models to their home so they could trial them on the cobbles of Christchurch. As Katie said, 'we will get this sorted somehow,' and sure enough, they did! And Kieran (who services the scooters and delivers them) was incredibly patient and kind too. I would highly recommend their service and their care."

We hadn't tried many before so weren't sure which was best for our needs, but Rufus was really great, letting us yet lots of models, and not pushy to sell. We ended up purchasing from their Wimborne branch, but would say that the Longham branch is probably better suited for test rides, as nearby Haskins car park or shop can be used as a training ground."
