You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

The eDrive Electric Folding Mobility Scooter is highly compact in size and incredibly lightweight, yet it does not compromise user comfort. The large padded seat is fitted with supportive armrests which easily fold up for safe transfers and the adjustable tiller ensures a tailored driving position. Ride comfort is further enhanced through the large puncture-proof tyres and 100mm ground clearance. On a full charge, the eDrive Fold Up Mobility Scooter will provide a large range of up to 9.3 miles (15 km) thanks to its 10Ah lightweight lithium battery. The battery pack is exceptionally lightweight and can be easily removed to allow for off-board charging, allowing the user to keep the scooter folded up or in storage while the battery is charging. For added convenience, there is a charging port on the tiller which offers onboard charging when out and about.
