Contractual Agreement By placing an order through The Mobility Shop, you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase the selected products. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of instructions on the website. 3. Price and Payment The total price for goods, including delivery charges, will be displayed prior to confirming your order and completing the payment process. Full payment must be made before goods are dispatched. 4. Delivery The Mobility Shop will deliver the goods in accordance with your order usually within the stated delivery time but certainly within 30 days. If an event outside of our control occurs, we will contact you to arrange a revised delivery date. 5. Cancellation and Returns Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement. 6. Refunds Upon receiving your cancellation notice and the return of the goods, we will refund you the price paid for the goods.
